Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping carton.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
